Warranty Terms:

The Provider offers a warranty on the Services provided as follows:

  • 6 months for vehicles no older than 5 years or with mileage below 80,000 miles, whichever condition is met first.
  • 3 months for vehicles older than 5 years or with mileage exceeding 80,000 miles, whichever condition is met first.

This Warranty covers:

i) Defects or faults with materials used to manufacture or repair your engine, provided these materials are new and supplied by the Provider.

ii) Defects in workmanship, ensuring that the service quality meets industry standards.

Mandatory Service & Inspection:

To maintain the validity of this warranty, the Client is required to return the vehicle to the Provider for an inspection/check-up within 300-500 miles or 2 weeks, whichever arises first, following the completion of the work.

Failure to return for this mandatory inspection/check-up may result in the voiding of the warranty. This condition is crucial to ensure the ongoing performance and safety of the vehicle.

Specific Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover issues arising from negligence, modifications, or misuse of the vehicle.

Damage or failures caused by parts or services provided by other companies or individuals are not covered.

Electrical issues, including parts and components related to the vehicle’s electrical system, are excluded from this warranty.

Normal wear and tear, as well as routine maintenance, are not covered under this warranty.

Limitations on External Work:

Any components or services that are not directly provided by the Provider are excluded from this warranty. This includes parts purchased or fitted by any other company or person(s) not authorized by the Provider.

Electrical Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover any electrical issues, parts, or components. This includes, but is not limited to, failures or defects in the vehicle’s electrical system that are not directly related to the services provided by the Provider.

Manufacturer’s Warranty and Second-Hand Parts:

i) Manufacturer’s Warranty: Baldyne Engineering Services is not liable for enforcing or fulfilling any warranty or guarantee made by the vehicle or parts manufacturers. Any claims related to the manufacturer’s warranty must be directed to the manufacturer or supplier of the part directly.

ii) Second-Hand or Reconditioned Parts: This Warranty does not cover secondhand or reconditioned parts. If a customer requests the use of second-hand, used, or reconditioned parts to reduce costs, they do so at their own risk. Baldyne Engineering Services will not be liable for any defects, failures, or issues arising from the use of such parts.

iii) New Parts: Baldyne Engineering Services recommends and primarily uses new parts to ensure the highest quality and reliability of repairs. Warranty claims related to parts will only be considered if the parts were new at the time of installation and were supplied by Baldyne Engineering Services.

Non-Transferability:

All warranties provided under this agreement are non-transferable and apply solely to the original Client. The warranty benefits cannot be transferred or assigned to any subsequent owners or third parties involved with the vehicle.

Warranty Scope:

Warranties include only components directly associated with the service undertaken by the Provider. The warranty covers only the costs of the parts and does not extend to secondary damages or unrelated issues.

Full terms and conditions will be provided prior to deposit, customers are required to agree and sign before any work can proceed.
